Free printable Santa letterhead
Print Santa’s own letter paper, free: the “From the desk of Santa Claus” letterhead at the top, his signature and wax seal at the bottom, and the page in between left empty for your message. Pick one of five designs, turn ruled lines on or off, and print on US Letter or A4. No signup.
Three ways to use Santa’s letterhead
- Write by hand. Leave the lines off for a real stationery look, or turn them on if your handwriting likes a guide. A slanted hand in red or gold ink doesn’t look like yours.
- Print your own typed letter on it. Print the letterhead first, put the sheet back in the printer, then print your letter from a word processor with margins of about 2.3 inches (6 cm) at the top and bottom and 1.1 inches (2.8 cm) at the sides, so the text sits between the letterhead and the signature (on the elf workshop paper, make the top margin 3.5 inches / 9 cm). Test on plain paper first: printers feed sheets differently.
- Let Santa write it. Our letter generator writes a personalized letter from your child’s details for free, and the printable pack prints it straight onto this letterhead, already placed.
Which Santa stationery to pick
- Vintage parchment: aged paper, holly and a red wax seal. The classic “real letter from Santa” look.
- North Pole post: icy blue with an airmail border, like it came through the North Pole Post Office.
- Candy cane: red-and-white stripes and a rounded hand, cheerful for little ones.
- Classic: clean white with green and gold rules, if you want it elegant.
- Elf workshop: illustrated elves, bright borders and big friendly letters, made for younger kids.

Printing tips
- In the print dialog, set margins to “None” and turn on “Background graphics”, or the paper colors and borders won’t print.
- Thicker paper (24–32 lb / 90–120 gsm) or cream cardstock feels like real North Pole mail.
- Choose “Save as PDF” as the printer to keep a copy for next year.

Questions
Is the Santa letterhead free?
Yes. All five designs are free to print for personal, family and classroom use. No signup and no email.
What is the difference between this and the letter from Santa template?
The letterhead leaves the page empty between Santa’s heading and his signature, for stationery or for printing your own text. The letter from Santa template adds “Dear ____”, ruled lines and a closing line for writing by hand. You can turn lines on here too.
Can I type on the Santa letterhead?
Print the letterhead, then print your typed letter onto the same sheet with top and bottom margins of about 2.3 inches (6 cm) and side margins of 1.1 inches (2.8 cm); 3.5 inches at the top on the elf workshop paper. Or let our generator write a personalized letter and print it already placed on the letterhead.
Can I print on A4?
Yes. Switch to A4 above the letterhead before printing; the layout adjusts to the page.
